Jean-Robert Anantua, CEO

Jean-Robert Anantua received a B.S. in Information Technology. He received additional business and project management training from Tuck Dartmouth College and University of Maryland Baltimore. Mr. Anantua is a firm believer in community service and is a very active member of the community. Internationally, he has committed time and resources and founded the Build Haiti Foundation to help meet some of the pressing needs of Haiti and the Caribbean community. Domestically, he founded the Small Business Alliance Group to provide support for small businesses, the engine of our economy, who are looking to grow.

Among his many other activities, he has served as Co-Chair of Howard County Local Health Improvement Coalition. He has also served on the MD Governor’s Commission on Caribbean Affairs. Furthermore, he was instrumental in creating the Sister City relationship between Columbia, MD and Cap-Haitien, Haiti. As part of our youth initiative and mentoring, he instituted the global leadership program which is a signature program of the Build Haiti Foundation that serves as an engine to bring students and professionals together to support his vision for Haiti’s development. Among his many accomplishments, he received the FIRN Award for outstanding support to the Howard County’s economy and community and the Howard County 2018 Human Rights Commission Award. He also founded the Small Business Alliance Group to provide support for small businesses looking to grow.
